The film follows Lia (Mzia Arabuli), a retired teacher who travels to Istanbul to find her missing niece, Tekla. She is accompanied by Achi (Lucas Kankava), a young man from her town who has given her Tekla’s address; though, upon arrival they discover she has moved. Still determined to find her niece, and right past wrongs, they seek the help of Evrim (Dumanlı), a trans activist and lawyer, and continue their search.
